Każda tarcza jest odlewana z wysokowęglowego stopu G3500, który posiada wysoką zawartość węgla i miedzi, a co za tym idzie doskonałą przewodność cieplną, a także bardzo dobre właściwości ścierne. Flansza (tzw. dzwon) zastosowana w tarczach EBC Racing jest precyzyjnie wycięta z kawałka aluminium wykorzystywanego w przemyśle lotniczym i kosmicznym, dzięki czemu jest mocna i lekka. Flansza anodowana jest na czarno, dzięki czemu ma wysoką odporność na korozję i wysokie walory estetyczne. Flansza może być wykorzystywana do różnych tarcz hamulcowych.
Jednym z najmniejszych, a jednocześnie najbardziej innowacyjnych komponentów zastosowanych w tarczach EBC Racing, są wykonane ze stali nierdzewnej śruby SD-Drive ™ mocujące flansze do tarczy. W przeciwieństwie do większości śrub konkurencji, które są obrabiane ze stali a następnie ocynkowane w celu obniżenia kosztów, nasze śruby SD-Drive ™ są wyprodukowane z jednego kawałka stali nierdzewnej, co zapewnia maksymalną wytrzymałość i odporność na korozję. I recently purchased the RECOIL ZAFH2-200 2 Pack in-line ANL Fuse-Holders, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and performance for such an affordable price. At just $12 for two holders, it’s hard to argue against their value.
First off, the build quality is commendable. The materials used feel robust and sturdy, which gives me confidence that they will withstand the demands of my automotive and audio setup. The versatility of being able to accommodate 0, 2, and 4 gauge inputs and outputs, enhanced with reducers, makes these fuse holders suitable for a variety of installations.
Installation was straightforward, and the holders fit snugly with no issues. The included 200A ANL fuses are a definite bonus, offering adequate protection for my system. Good bang for your buck, great quality.
Works great. Most of it is metal and works as a heat sink. Came with two fuses and the adapters for smaller or larger Guage wires. Fit very well and easily for our choice of installation and was a great price.
