- Three die-stamped 12" x 20" top openings provide capacity for standard food pans.
- Common waterbath heating with thermostatic control helps maintain even holding temperatures.
- Stainless steel top, ends, body, and open shelf base are built for heavy commercial use.
- Includes a full-length 7" deep plate shelf and 8" deep cutting board/workboard for service efficiency.
- One-piece water bath tank includes a drain and gate valve for easier cleanup.
