Martex EcoPure uses sustainable organic cotton and polyester from upcycled plastic bottles and is meant for those who are interested in being Earth-friendly — and improving their well-being. It starts with the plastic bottles, which are carefully combined at high temperatures to create the fill fibers for the mattress pad.
