Product Overview

The Sun Gold Power 10kW Off Grid Solar Kit is a complete energy system designed for residential and small-scale commercial use where dependable, self-managed power matters. Built on a 48V platform with split-phase 120/240V output, it delivers home-style electricity through two high-capacity inverters, supported by lithium iron phosphate battery storage and a high-output solar array. With 20.48kWh of battery capacity and twelve 450W solar panels, this system provides a balanced foundation for properties that rely on consistent, predictable power.

Why This Product Makes Sense

When a property depends on independent power, every decision carries long-term consequences. Energy is not something you casually replace. It becomes part of daily planning, seasonal routines, and household stability. Systems that appear sufficient on paper often reveal limits only after months of real use, when routines are established and expectations are clear.

Smaller or poorly balanced systems tend to create friction over time. Inverter output can feel restrictive when multiple appliances are active. Battery storage may feel adequate during mild weather but strained during longer nights or cloudy periods. Solar input may struggle to restore daily usage consistently. These issues rarely appear all at once, but they accumulate and affect how comfortably a system supports daily life.

This kit is structured to avoid those trade-offs by aligning inverter capacity, storage, and generation from the start. With two 5000W inverters delivering a combined 10,000W of output, the system supports split-phase 120/240V power that matches common residential electrical layouts. This allows standard household circuits and higher-voltage equipment to operate within a unified framework.

The 48V platform provides a stable electrical foundation for moving energy efficiently between components. At this scale, voltage matters because it influences how smoothly power flows from panels to batteries and from batteries to loads. A well-matched platform reduces unnecessary losses and supports consistent performance under varying demand.

Battery storage is central to how comfortable an off grid system feels. The included four 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries deliver 20.48kWh of capacity, providing meaningful energy reserves for evenings, mornings, and variable weather conditions. This level of storage allows daily solar production to be used strategically instead of consumed immediately.

Lithium iron phosphate chemistry is widely chosen for systems intended for regular cycling and long-term ownership. It supports predictable charging behavior and stable output, which helps users develop reliable energy routines over time. Instead of reacting to changing battery conditions, owners can plan around known capacity.

The 5400W solar array provides the generation backbone of the system. With twelve 450W monocrystalline panels, the kit supports strong daily production and steady battery replenishment. This helps reduce the pressure on storage and keeps the system aligned with typical daily usage patterns.

Buyers often underestimate how much value comes from complete system packaging. When cabling, mounting hardware, and protection components are included, the system remains cohesive. Components are matched, electrical paths are consistent, and future changes are easier to manage. This reduces uncertainty and supports long-term serviceability.

Expandability is another practical advantage. As properties evolve and energy needs change, systems that allow gradual growth become more valuable. This kit is designed to support additional panels, storage, or inverter capacity over time, giving owners room to adapt without starting over.

For those who approach energy planning methodically, this system reflects a measured balance. It avoids undersizing that leads to constant adjustment and avoids unnecessary excess that remains unused. Instead, it provides a structured foundation built around realistic residential and light commercial demands.

What To Expect From It

In everyday operation, this system functions as a centralized power source that collects, stores, and distributes energy across the property. During daylight hours, solar panels feed energy into the battery bank. That stored energy is then converted into usable AC power by the inverters when appliances and equipment are in use.

The combined 10,000W inverter capacity supports running multiple devices simultaneously within rated limits. This enables more natural daily routines, where lighting, refrigeration, communication equipment, and work tools can operate together without constant scheduling.

With 20.48kWh of battery storage, the system provides a substantial energy buffer. Daytime production can be carried through evenings and overnight periods, helping stabilize usage patterns. Over time, most owners learn how their habits align with available capacity and adjust routines accordingly.

The WiFi-enabled inverters add another layer of visibility to system performance. Monitoring tools help users understand energy flow, battery levels, and usage trends. This supports informed decision-making and reinforces predictable operation.

Seasonal changes naturally influence how the system behaves. During periods of strong sunlight, batteries recharge more quickly and remain at higher levels. During lower-production periods, stored energy becomes more central. The scale of this system allows these transitions to occur without abrupt shifts in availability.

Ownership typically centers on observation rather than constant adjustment. Once energy patterns are established, the system becomes a stable part of daily life. Users focus on maintaining clear usage habits and monitoring overall performance rather than reacting to short-term fluctuations.

Because the kit is designed with expansion in mind, many owners treat it as a long-term platform. Additional panels or batteries can be integrated as needs evolve, extending usefulness without disrupting existing infrastructure.

The overall experience is defined by reliability and predictability. Power follows expected patterns. Capacity aligns with planning. Decisions become easier because the system behaves consistently across seasons and usage cycles.

Fantastic art book. As good as the first one.
I love the Airbender animation series. I can still remember the strong nostalgia I had while watching the first episode of The Legend of Korra: Book 1 Air, recalling all the characters from the previous series, and watch how time has passed and given us a new generation to look upon. The Legend of Korra: Book 1 - Air, The Art of the Animated Series is a nice addition to that experience. It's as good as the first art book . The cover art is different from the original product image. It has Korra looking rather too serious. The book features development art from all the 12 episodes in Book One: Air. There are designs for the main characters, followed by the Republic City and its inhabitants and then we have art from each episode in order. Character designs form the bulk of the book. There's Korra in different outfits, including those from Pro-bending gear, and also the cute four-year-old Korra. There are lots of line art and also coloured versions for the characters. Other characters are Tenzin and his family, Lin Beifong, Amon, Katara, and about most of the characters that appear in the episodes. The environment art are beautiful. The buildings and sets have a mix of oriental, industrial and European style. The world has changed since Aang was the Avatar. You'll see some connection to the past, for example, with Avatar Aang Memorial Island. Overall, the world feels very different because it has evolved. My favourite piece is the aerial painting of Air Temple Island that appears towards the end. The last few pages have some pretty cool miscellaneous art, such as the classic Avatar characters in their adult form, and also other characters drawn in non-animation style. Throughout the book, commentary is provided by creators Michael Dante DiMartino, Bryan Konietzko and director Joaquin Dos Santos. They give illuminating insight to the designs and stories. Highly recommended to fans of the series, and those who like animation or character art. It's one of my 2013 favourite artbooks. (See more pictures of the book on my blog. Great companion book to a great "Book One!"
I really like that the creators have been so heavily involved in the comics and art books from Dark Horse, and as such, I want to own all of them after looking at this gem! The artwork is beautiful, and it's awesome reading little anecdotes from the series creators. Did you know that polar bear dogs are feared by the Water Tribes, but Korra met a lost cub when she was little and now she has Naga!? All of the notes add to the universe of the series and make you feel involved in the show. As a fan of the original series, I'm now a little older and can really appreciate the work that goes into entertaining people, so this book is exceptional at presenting that feeling. The book is separated into a few sections, focusing on early development, each episode of the first season, and extra artwork created for promotion such as the DVD cover. I love being able to look at the concept art and notes and then watch the series at home. I highly recommend grabbing the Blu-ray version of the series. It has audio commentaries for each episode, so you are really being thrown into the universe of The Legend of Korra! I highly recommend to everyone who is a fan of the series!

BEST ART BOOK (GREAT GIFT FOR Legend Of Korra FANS)
It is a beautiful book. It was everything I hoped for, but it was bigger than I expected. (I didn't see the measurements/size...oops) The artwork inside is incredible, the detail and effort that was put into this book is amazing. I am a huge Legend of Korra fan, so I was a little nervous when I bought the book. I had my doubts but when received it I was so pleased with it. I could not be happier with this book. I highly recommend this book to anyone considering it to either give to a friend or to buy for personal use.

A good one, albeit not a perfect one
It is a comprehensive look into the series with lots of wonderful art. I felt that it was thinner than the previous book from the Avatar series but I'm not talking about the length of the book (I know this one has less pages an only covers one season) but rather about the "insights" into the creative process. While the previous book felt full to the seams and you could feel that there was a lot of important material that didn't fit, you also felt that all the material that did was included was the best. In this one for Korra, you feel that there were many important things left out that should have been included and there are some things that were included that doesn't feel as important...

Everything you wanted put into a art book
I loved this art book. It showed me basically everything I wanted to see from back drops used and unused, old character designs and how some things came to be or what they were inspired by. The commentary is great though rarely confusing (Ex: at one point they commentary refers to a picture in the top right but says "As you can see by the design in the middle" the middle being something completely different) I feel like this book is a must for fans and people interested in the art of the series alike.
