Cách làm Kimbap:

Nguyên liệu chuẩn bị :

- Gạo, lá rong biển để cuốn

- 5 quả trứng, cà rốt, thanh cua

- Danmuji và pickled burdock (2 loại củ cải muối của Hàn, có vị chua ngọt, giòn thường dùng để làm kimbap)

- Thịt nướng cuộn kimbap

- Chả cá Hàn Quốc

- Rau thơm hoặc rau bina luộc.

- Dụng cụ làm Kimbap - mành tre cuộn (hoặc có thể cuốn tay)

Tất cả nguyên liệu đều có tìm thấy tại đây

Bạn cắt danmuji và pickled burdock (nếu không có thì thay bằng dưa leo) thành những thanh dài với độ rộng khoảng 1 cm. Thịt giăm bông cũng cắt thành thanh dài và cho vào chảo chiên xơ qua với 1 ít dầu ăn. Chiên xong, bạn dùng đũa gắp nó ra đĩa, đặt cạnh danmuji và pickled burdock vừa cắt.
Chả cá cũng cắt thanh dài và cho vào chảo chiên lên, thêm 1 chút nước tương trong khi chiên chả cá, đảo thêm nhiều lần sau đó tắt bếp và cho chả cá ra đĩa, cắt thanh cua làm đôi và giữ nguyên chiều dài, sau đó đặt chúng kế bên chả cá.

Cách làm kimbap đơn giản nhất và đảm bảo mỗi miếng cơm cuộn sau khi cắt ra đều có đủ các nguyên liệu thì bạn đều phải cắt các nguyên liệu này thành các thanh dài.

Trứng đập ra và đổ vào chảo chiên từng lớp mỏng, sau đó cắt thành những miếng dài để làm kimbap dễ dàng hơn.
Cà rốt bạn bào thành sợi hoặc cắt thành thanh dài, có thể luộc hoặc không, rau bina luộc chín và để ráo nước trong rổ. Cơm bạn xới cho tơi và cho thêm mè trắng, dầu mè, chút muối và trộn đều lên.
Bắt đầu cuộn kimbap, bạn đặt lá rong biển lên dụng cụ làm kimbap, sau đó rải cơm đều ra, đặt tiếp trứng, rau, cà rốt, thanh cua, chả cá, danmuji, pickled burdock, thịt nguội lên. Cuối cùng cuộn lại, nhớ đừng đặt quá nhiều nguyên liệu lên, khi cuộn kimbap của bạn có thể sẽ bị bể, rách, hỏng.
Cuộn xong, bạn rắc lên chút mè và quét ít dầu mè và cắt chúng thành những khoanh tròn như trong hình.
Bạn có thể cho kimbap ra đĩa và thưởng thức cùng gia đình.

On a brand new car used the citrus car wash product with the 2 bucket method and the interior and glass cleaner. The citrus product sank to the bottom of the 5 gallon bucket, despite all efforts couldn’t get it thoroughly mixed in the water. Used it anyway with the microfiber mitt - this mitt was excellent and I was satisfied with the wash (car was clean before washing except for bird droppings) except for eye irritation from a teeny splash. On to drying - the included microfiber drying towels were worse than worthless. They stuck to the surface of the car and shedded fibers all over the paint. I had to hose off the car to get rid of the purple lint it deposited wherever it touched the car. Larger chunks of lint came off the cloth as well. I used the interior and glass cleaner only on the interior of the windshield. Got in the car this AM, there was a haze on the entire windshield inner surface. Chemical Guys has excellent marketing and video tutorials but I’d recommend purchasing better quality components rather than what’s in this box. The ingredients in the wash, interior cleaner, and wheel cleaner are also not good for the environment, eyes, or skin. I wonder what the runoff from this one washing will do to our and neighbors’ vegetation.
