Auction is for one platinum matched pair (2 tubes) of rare 6678 General Electric 6U8A made back in 70s for export. They come in originalGE boxes.

They can be used in modified Dynaco ST-70 PC-3 board which accepts 6GH8A / ECF82 instead of scarce 7199. They also can be used in original Dynaco ST70 driver board using special noval adapters.

I have few 100 pcs packagings of these tubes and all pairs I have are carefully tested and matched by plate current on my Metrix U61-B tester. Due to big number of tested tubes, they are matched within 5% or less!!!
