Formulated with less than 1.5% starch, low in sugar and the added benefit of BONAFIDE . The addition of BONAFIDE , bolsters the vital Vitamin K1 and K2 nutrients horses on restricted grazing lose access too, and protects bone density and strength. Vitamin K1 and K2 effect the function of osteocalcin, the bone protein that binds the mineral and protein in the bone together. Without sufficient access to Vitamin K1 and K2, low density or defective bone and cartilage can be produced.

META SAFE is ideal for horses and ponies susceptible to obesity or that suffer from EMS, laminitis and cushings.
