It was during the 1960s that Horst's stylised black-and-white studio shots began to full out of favour and the fashion magazines switched their preference to natural-looking location shots in colour. Diana Vreeland, soon to be editor in chief of Vogue, suggested to Horst that he try his hand at shooting interiors. She commissioned a new feature called "Fashions in Living" in which Horst provided photographs of the interiors of a celebrity's house and Horst's partner, Valentine Lawford, would provide the text. It was an enviable job, Horst often spent a couple of weeks staying in the residence to understand fully the building, it's character and it's light. The results were a triumph and the articles ran in Vogue and House and Garden for twenty-odd years. Horst had the ability to capture the essence of the home as a reflection of the personality of the owner. He focused on the revealing detail, such as the embroidered slipper of Baron Philippe de Rothschild resting on a carpet portrait of Napoleon III (the image which graces the cover of Horst: Interiors). But where Horst excelled is in the portraits that he took of the owners in their interiors, a shot that was included in each article. He used his expertise in portrait photography to perfectly capture the dynamic between the owner and their home.

Diana Vreeland provides a short introduction and then eighteen homes are featured, including those of Doris Duke, Desmond Guinness, Emilio Pucci, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Baron and Baroness Philippe de Rothschild, Henry Francis du Pont, Cy Twombly, and Lord and Lady Eliot. The photographs and text taken from the original articles published in Vogue magazine between 1963 and 1968.

Great Fit, Great Feel — A New Go-To for Workouts
Special Size: with Contrast Trim, Size: Medium, Color: Navy/White
Really impressed with this workout tank! The fit was spot-on — snug enough to stay in place during movement but not too tight. It didn’t ride up during my workout, which is always a win. The material is soft, breathable, and wicked away sweat really well during both strength training and cardio. It honestly reminds me of the higher-end athletic tanks I’ve tried — same feel, but at a much better price point. Definitely one of those pieces you’ll want in multiple colors! Pros: ✔️ Comfortable, moisture-wicking fabric ✔️ Stays put during workouts ✔️ Flattering and functional ✔️ Great quality for the price

Loose under arms, flattens you out
Special Size: with Contrast Trim, Size: Medium, Color: Black/White
I saw an influencer recommend this workout top, but was disappointed in the look and fit. It was saggy under the arms and flattened by bust in an unflattering way. This was returned.

Love these!!!
Special Size: 7" Inseam without Pockets, Size: Large, Color: Ocean Blue
Super happy with these shorts!!! Wore them on a full day at the theme park. Stayed in place and did not ride up. No pinching or constricting. The material is buttery soft and the blue is so vibrant and pretty!! Don’t show every bump and imperfection, but does show some. It’s not totally smoothing. Very work out friendly, heat friendly, running errands friendly. Would definitely recommend and plan to buy other colors. Comfy waist band as well.

Excellent Work-out & Biking Short
Special Size: 7" Inseam without Pockets, Size: Small, Color: Ocean Blue
I love these biker shorts. They have just the right amount of lycra and they are super soft. They are true to size, and they fit perfectly on my 5'2", 125-pound frame. I purchased them for use in bike riding, and I am very pleased with the fit and stretch. The inseam length is perfect for bike riding, and the legs don't ride up my thigh. The only con to all the pros is there isn't a phone pocket. I ride my bike around town, and I would have liked to have a pocket for my phone when going inside a store. These shorts are well worth the price. I purchased three different colors and love them all. I would definitely purchase this item again.
