The cover (new condition with only trivial flaws), magazine with rules attached (new condition with glossy white pages), two full-color 34"x22" maps (new condition with deep colors except for slight to minor creasing at the corners and slight to minor fold-flake wear at the intersections of the folds), and 560 (with 280 Variant Counters for earlier S&T games) full-color counters (nicely-centered front & back and in unpunched new condition, though the frames have some creases which do not affect the counters) are all in new condition apart from slight (if not minor) map issues.
