Anna's Summer Cardigan Knitting Pattern by PetiteKnitAnnas Summer Cardigan is worked from the top down with raglan increases on the yoke and a lovely, feminine lace pattern. The body is worked back and forth, while the sleeves are worked in the round on double pointed needles or on a circular needle using the Magic Loop technique. Size Guide: Note that these measurements are only achieved if the correct gauge is kept.
Gauge: 23 sts x 34 rows = 10 x 10cm swatch in lace pattern on 3.5mm needles after washing and blocking.
Suggested Needles:
Circular needles: 3mm and 3.5mm / 60cm needles.
Double-pointed needles: 3mm and 3.5mm needles unless using Magic Loop technique.
Materials:
Yarn: 100 (150) 150 (150) 150 (200) 200 (250) 250 grams of a light DK merino/cotton blend yarn such as Bellissimo Lucca (based on meterage of 50g = 115m)
6 buttons (ø = 13 mm)
