- Full-height heated holding cabinet with gray Insulation Armour and Dutch insulated aluminum doors.
- Holds up to 35 full-size 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides.
- Thermostatic holding control is designed for food holding up to 200°F.
- Bottom-mounted control module is removable without tools for easier cleaning and service.
- Mobile base includes 5" casters, with 2 locking casters for stability.
- 120V, single-phase operation with a NEMA 5-20P plug and 2000W power draw.
