Designed specifically for e-Bikes and longer wear, Praxis steel e-Rings are cold forged from 4130 high-grade steel with a nice black oxide finish. Licensed and developed in conjunction with Mountain Racing Products, the Wave™ pattern tooth profile applies alternating lateral force to each chain link to actively retain the chain to the ring – going beyond narrow/wide implementations that rely solely on friction, while allowing room for mud, debris, and grit to escape. The Wave™ design also wears more slowly than competing designs by spreading the load over larger surface areas.

  • These e-rings are "female" threaded. Male M8 CR bolt threads into ring for motor clearance.

Interesting Concept, But Redundant If You Already Use BHA
If you have seen this Glow Rice Exfoliant Ampoule Duo on Instagram or TikTok, you already know the marketing pitch: a gentle, soft peel that physically cleans out pores on your face and body. After testing it, I can confirm that it actually does clean pores, but the mechanism is nothing magical. It relies on the friction of massaging the serum into your skin to clump up and manually extract dead skin and debris. It is a satisfying and interesting process to watch, but it isn't groundbreaking.The biggest drawback is its redundancy if you already have a solid skincare routine. I noticed that when I use this product after my usual BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) exfoliant, it becomes completely ineffective. Because the chemical exfoliant already cleans deep inside the pores and dissolves dead skin cells, this manual friction gel finds nothing left to grab onto. It is a decent, gentle physical exfoliant that does the job, but if you already use a chemical exfoliant like BHA, you can safely skip this social media trend.

I still had some of the original Dr. M. and did a half and half comparison and it was immediately clear. This exfoliate "pills" like the original but not nearly to the degree and when washed away the half I used the leftover Dr. M. was clean of dead skin and showed clear pores. The other half? Not so much. I'll be going back to the original.
