The Sennheiser EW-DX SK / SKM-S BASE SET (V5-7) is a versatile and feature-rich digital wireless system for those who sing or speak in public featuring seamless product pairing and management via the EW-D Smart Assist App. The Base Set package includes a dual-channel digital wireless system with bodypack and handheld transmitters. The dual-channel digital UHF wireless system is designed to simplify your workflow while delivering uncompromising audio quality. This configuration includes a 1/2-rack, dual-channel receiver, one bodypack transmitter without a lavalier, and one handheld transmitter without a mic capsule—so you can choose your preferred lav mic and mic capsule for the application.

With a dynamic range of 134 dB, the transmitters handle just about any input level you can throw at it. Wide 16 MHz tuning range, intelligent switching diversity, auto-scan, equidistant tuning grid, and Link Density mode all work to provide rock-solid wireless performance and massive channel counts, even in challenging RF environments. Bluetooth capabilities allow you to remotely sync components and change settings from your phone using the Smart Assist app, while Sennheiser's Control Cockpit and Wireless Systems Manager software provide a computer-based control platform for more extensive networked setups. The EW-DX is backward-compatible with EW-D components.

This version operates on the V5-7 audio link frequency range: 941.7 - 951.8 MHz & 953.05 - 956.05 MHz & 956.65 - 959.65 MHz.
