"One of the most obscure punk-era acts in the U.K" All Music Standard Black Vinyl 'Going Through The Motions' is the first full-length vinyl collection of The Prefects studio recordings. Although a few tunes don't stray from the general sounds of their time, there's innovation and humour here. Escort Girls may be the first recorded forerunner of American hardcore. The Bristol Road Leads To Dachau hints at Joy Division's later The Atrocity Exhibition. Taking it a step farther than Alternative TV's How Much Longer with it's deliberate dirge, Going Through The Motions, mocks punk expectation against an almost psychedelic haze. Total Luck bears the early evidence of Lloyd's lone-man confessional style, and Barbarella's is a tongue-in-cheek tribute to their most-played local venue. Versions of The Modern Lovers' She Cracked and the Prefects' original 625 Lines were recorded live by Virgin on the final two nights of Manchester's Electric Circus and later issued as a compilation with tracks by The Fall, The Buzzcocks, Joy Division and others. The Prefects refused release of their material, believing their first outing should be a studio recording, not a live track or two on a compilation. During the White Riot tour, members of Subway Sect, The Slits and The Prefects joined in on a live encore loosely based on Velvet Underground's Sister Ray. Incredibly difficult to listen to, the song was bootlegged widely before eventually appearing on The Slits' 1980 album of early demos in a 5'20" version called "No More Rock And Roll For You". Twenty years later, Vic Godard of Subway Sect edited a minute from the recording and released it on his Twenty Odd Years compilation. Two decades later, The Prefects have edited more than a minute from it and retitled it White Riot Tour. In another twenty years, it is hoped that the prolonged rite of ritual shortening of this song will leave no trace of it at all. For the record, it's Robert Lloyd going "wooo-ooo" in the background, in what he says was an attempt to mimic the organ part from Sister Ray, which, listeners may note, is no longer being played. This is the opening salvo in the telling of Robert Lloyd's career, which will include King Rocker: A film about Robert Lloyd & The Nightingales, by comedian and writer Stewart Lee, director Michael Cumming and Fire Films' James Nicholls.Side 11) Going Through The Motions2) Escort Girls3) Bristol Road Leads To Dachau4) Faults5) 625 Lines (live at the Electric Circus)Side 26) Barbarella's7) Things In General8) Agony Column9) Total Luck10) She Cracked (live at the Electric Circus)11) White Riot Tour (live)

Not the same rubber.
I just received these today. I already have two of the same size direct from the local pet store. The one thing I liked about them that made me want to buy more - my 13lb dog could chew on them all night and never leave a mark. The red one I received was as expected. The blue one I received was not made out of the same rubber. It was softer. We played catch a few times and it didn’t bounce the same. I looked away for 5 minutes and she had it already starting to shred. Not sure what happened but 1 of the 2 balls I was sent was not up to par, possibly defective.

Very cute, good quality
Style: Lambchop, Size: 10", Style: Lambchop, Size: 10"
Our Two year-old Great Pyrenees rescue loves her Lambchop. She’s fairly gentle with it, but it did accidentally rip so we had replace it since she loves it so much. No fault of the product. The product is very well made, She just got a little rough with it.

We <3 big lambchops
Style: White, Size: 24" Jumbo, Style: White, Size: 24" Jumbo
These are my vizsla's absolute FAVORITE toy. I mean, she doesn't leave the room without bringing at least one. We've bought several of these exact toys now and they're surprisingly durable- we've even put a few through the laundry. She loves to snuggle, nibble, and carry this toy like a security blanket. These are the big ones, so they get a little discolored from her grabbing them around the belly. The squeakers are pretty few and far between so it's generally not noisy unless she's super bored or excited. Get it, your dog will love it and they're cheaper than some of the small ones.

A Classic Toy My Dog Can’t Get Enough Of!
Style: Blue Birthday Hat, Size: 10.5"
The Multipet Lamb Chop Dog Plush Toy (10.5”, Cream) is an absolute winner in our house! This adorable, nostalgic plush is just as cute as it is entertaining, and my dog fell in love with it the moment it came out of the package.
Super Soft & Cuddly
The material is extra plush and velvety, making it perfect for dogs who love to snuggle. It feels well-made and not scratchy like some cheaper toys.
Squeakers That Keep Dogs Engaged
There are multiple squeakers inside, and they’re loud enough to keep your dog excited but not obnoxious. My pup carries it around proudly and squeaks it nonstop.
Great Size
The 10.5” size is ideal for both small and medium to large dogs. Big enough to cuddle, small enough to toss around easily.
Durable for a Plush Toy
While it’s not built for heavy destroyers (no plush toy truly is), it holds up surprisingly well to daily play and lots of shaking.
Overall:
The Multipet Lamb Chop is a fantastic combo of cuddly plush and squeaky fun. Perfect for fetch, snuggles, or as your dog’s new favorite companion. If your dog enjoys plush toys, this is definitely one to grab.
Highly recommended! 🐑🐶💛
