We have Completely redesigned this kit from the pedestal up to work with Borg Warners new line of SXE Turbochargers, which offer massive gains over their basic line of turbos, as well as a large array of sizing options, to perfectly suit any power level/driving conditions. This System Retains the factory Manifolds/Plenum to maintain a very Sleek OEM look.The factory VGT turbo found on the 6.7 Powerstroke is known to have a high failure rate and deliver excessive drive pressures. Do you know what doesn't? An SX-E turbo, that's what. Unfortunately, though, you can't just bolt in an SX-E in place of your factory charger, which is why you need this complete system from Maryland.
This 64.5mm option is a perfect upgrade for those with 475-550 horsepower that daily drive, tow, and maybe like to mash the skinny pedal now and again. By eliminating the factory VGT (Variable Geometry Turbo), you will rid yourself of the common failures associated with the VGT, exchanging for one of the highly acclaimed SX-E's by BorgWarner. Built and boxed as a complete kit, you'll have all of the necessary components you need to get the job done.

It’s so so but ok

The color is good and the hair is not as silky as my car seat or seatbelt covers. Also the hairs really get matted. It may just be from elbows but it gets so matted it is hard to undo. And when you do get it good it happens right again and frankly looks bad and unkempt. Other than that it fits right and is more comfy than original so I leave it on. Even with vacuum at car wash the mats stay so it seems eventually it will be too much. I have had it about a month. Maybe a shorter pile is a better option for armrest, like shearling pile. I’ll try that when this one is too far gone. It wasn’t expensive and is still worth the money to not have a blazing hot armrest so I m good for now.
