Curated by Springsteen himself, the collection charts an expansive creative journey. It begins with the raw, stripped-down LA Garage Sessions, recorded between Nebraska and Born in the U.S.A., and moves through the beat-driven Streets of Philadelphia Sessions, where drum loops and synths reshaped his sound. From there, the record travels through unreleased soundtrack work (Faithless), mournful country vignettes with pedal steel (Somewhere North of Nashville), and richly detailed Southwest narratives (Inyo), culminating in orchestral noir textures (Twilight Hours) and full-on E Street rock anthems (Perfect World).
