🍃 Whisking Workshop

Duration: 45 minutes

Want to perfect your Home Cafe? This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of preparing matcha at home with confidence and care. Guests will learn the basic techniques of whisking matcha properly while enjoying two different styles.

We will begin with Usucha (traditional thin tea), followed by a Kuromitsu Matcha Latte, where guests may choose their preferred milk.

During the session, we will gently cover:

• How to whisk matcha correctly

• How to care for matcha tools

• Which tools are recommended for daily use

• How to choose matcha suitable for your lifestyle

• Open Q&A throughout the workshop

This workshop is relaxed, informative, and perfect for beginners.

🍃 Matcha Tasting Workshop

Duration: 50 minutes
Price: $55 per person

This workshop offers a deeper and more immersive matcha experience. Guests will taste three carefully selected, high-quality Japanese matcha, each with its own unique character.

The session includes:

• A brief introduction to Japanese matcha culture

• A simple overview of matcha history

• Differences between matcha from various regions of Japan

• Guided tasting of three matcha

• Thoughtful pairing with traditional wagashi (Japanese confections)

This workshop is ideal for those who wish to explore matcha more deeply and appreciate its subtle flavors and seasonal beauty.
