The ZONESUN automatic can sealing machine is designed for sealing cans used in beverage and food industries, including canned fruits, sauces, pet food, RTD cocktails, and energy drinks. It supports aluminum, tinplate, PET/plastic, and paper composite cans. By changing certain components, the machine can adapt to different can heights and diameters. Its servo-driven rotary system provides stable operation with low noise, while the intelligent positioning turntable automatically memorizes sealing positions after mold changeovers, reducing manual adjustment. The machine features a lid feeding control system that supplies lids only when cans are detected. Equipped with a touchscreen interface, operators can easily adjust sealing time and conveyor speed. Optional safety guards with interlock protection improve operational safety. The machine can operate independently or integrate into existing production lines.
