Once You Have Place Your Order:

To size your Caddie, we will need information about your chair:
Step 1: You will receive an email with the worksheet to record the leg dimensions of your chair.
Step 2: Complete the worksheet and return it to us.
Step 3: A representative will contact you to verify the information provided.
Step 4: Your Caddie will be pre-sized at the factory.
Step 5: Upon arrival, attach the Caddie to your chair using the instructions provided.
