This device comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty covering any manufacturer defects. Defects due to normal use or wear are not covered by the warranty. Parts subject to wear such as batteries, screens, and similar are excluded from the warranty.
Please note: The STORZ & BICKEL App is currently not available on the Apple App Store. However, settings on the CRAFTY+ can now also be adjusted through the WebApp.
