Pulse 150™ Ultrasonic Homogenizer is designed to break cells in suspension and prepare samples for ChIP assays with up to 150 watts of power. Featuring precise control of cavitation and ultrasonic waves, samples of 0.1 - 150 ml can be processed using the appropriate horn.
Pulse 150™ Ultrasonic Homogenizer offers a complete set of components for homogenization, including a controller, transducer, temperature probe, and titanium alloy horn. An additional soundproof box with a sample platform is supplied to reduce noise and ensure a more efficient processing environment. With the 6 mm horn included, volumes between 10ml and 100ml can be homogenized, while optional horns are available to meet other demands.
It offers precise settings and control of operating parameters with a convenient 4.3 inch color touch screen. This powerful lab tool uses pulsed and continuous operation for professional-grade homogenizing. An impressive 20 programs can be stored in memory for quick operation, with alarms to alert the user to temperature fluctuations, over/no load, and time expiration.
