Each session is an opportunity to unplug from the outside world and tune into your inner peace. As the sounds gently flow through your body, they work on a cellular level, harmonizing your energy, calming the nervous system, and guiding you into a state of deep rest and renewal.
This class also includes guided meditations rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, helping you connect more intentionally with your breath, your body, and your personal goals — whether that’s healing, clarity, emotional release, or simply a sense of inner harmony.

Meet Marcela J. Giavris
Energy Healer • Sound Practitioner • Retreat Facilitator
Marcela is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Rising Star and Prema Birthing energy healing modalities. She is a certified facilitator of More Truth Will Set You Free healing workshops and leads powerful wellness sessions focused on meditation, mindfulness, and deep personal transformation.
A lifelong student of the healing arts and spiritual living, Marcela brings warmth, depth, and authenticity to every session she offers — whether it’s through immersive sound journeys, transformational retreats, or one-on-one energy healing.

Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.
If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All yoga and meditation classes are subject to change, cancellation, or relocation. While we do our best to keep to the schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments.
