The veteran Birmingham, Alabama, indie-psych band Through the Sparks release their new album, Transindifference, which marks a subtle, yet meaningful, shift for them, especially for frontman Jody Nelson. At times the imagery is almost cartoonishly violent, but more often it is beguilingly absurd, as Nelson plumbs dreams and myths as subject matter. This also mean they have created their best and most exciting record to date, a potent dose of effervescent psychedelia that's both bluntly straightforward and slyly elusive: Somehow it reveals new secrets with each listen, new depths and new stakes. Transindifference is the sound of a band at the top of it's game. Th 12" black vinyl release includes a digital download card.

Grandkids love this book!

Love the Polite Elephant
Format: Hardcover
As parents you want your babies to have the best of books and of Everything. Polite Elephant came recommended by Mayim Bialik's vlog on YouTube. I am not for one to buy everything that is mentioned by celebrities in their videos, but this one was really special as it inculcates good practice and habits. I'm hoping our baby loves this book, although he does throughly enjoy looking at the Elephant tip his hat and smile.

Cute story and good advice!

A really good book! Both parents and baby like this one. It’s a unique book, but one that has a great rhythm and story. Simple and good advice for once baby can understand better. And cute pictures for when they can’t.
