Production usually takes approximately 25–35 days, followed by an estimated 45–50 days for shipping. Once the shipment arrives in Canada, orders are generally delivered within 1–2 weeks depending on your location.
Preorders are not refundable because each set is made specifically to order and we allocate production time and materials based on confirmed orders. Once a preorder is placed, it locks in a manufacturing slot that can’t be recovered or resold.
