Another side story, and probably the biggest thing, I think this is actually shrinking my sons cavities. His pediatric dentist told me he would need fillings before his teeth could fall out at 12 (12 year molars). I saw the cavities on the xrays. A year later, the cavities are smaller. And the dentist said if things can maintain this way, there will be no need for fillings! He does brush morning and night, and often after lunch because we homeschool and he has that ability. But I’m just thrilled that my son could potentially avoid this procedure!

      Wow, okay where do I start?? Before I opened the book, I had a general sense of yoga and chakras. Being a Reiki practitioner, but a fairly new one, I’ve learned how critical balancing chakras is to feeling healthy and pain-free, but I never took enough time to work on my own.
