The blade is forged from Japanese "ao-hagane" blue steel & folds into a solid brass sheath. The traditional higonokami utility knife is known for its sharpness, portability, durability, & ability to be re-sharpened for decades.
Wrapped in a custom cloth, they are beautiful and make for a special gift. Please note that the gift box has been updated to a high-density washi paper box with the same Banshu Hamono markings.
