Diese besondere Jahresausgabe markiert das nächste Kapitel unserer Straight Rye Whiskey Toasted-Reihe. Eine Mischung aus Handwerk, Zufall und Charakter.

Nach der vollständigen Reifung in neuen, ausgekohlten amerikanischen Eichenfässern haben wir unsere Maische aus 95 % Roggen und 5 % Gerstenmalz in einem neuen Char 2 Heavy Toast-Fass fertiggestellt. Mit 100 Proof abgefüllt, bietet der diesjährige Abgang Schichten von geröstetem Marshmallow, warmem Karamell und einer sanften, anhaltenden Würze. Das ist Penelopes Glücksfall.
