Directions

Take: 4-6 capsules daily, taken with water. Capsules can be opened and added to smoothies or meals.

4 capsules: 1800mg/day (7.21mg heme iron, 60.1% RDI)

6 capsules: 2700mg/day (10.81mg heme iron, 90.1% RDI)

Nice fall shirt
The material on this is great. Its soft and smooth. The fit is nice around the chest and stomach, although the sleeves seem a bit too long for me (I'm 5'9 and ordered the large). Its not very thick, so it's a nice early fall, late spring shirt. The only thing I don't like is that the fabric retains wrinkles. If this isn't hung up while warm, it will hold on to wrinkles
