Please note- Due to the very nature of squishies being squeezed, squished and pulled, they will not last forever and at some point, will break. Depending on how they are used, they may last a few hours, a week or months. The weakest point in any squishy is the plug. We recommend popping the plug part in your palm when squishing and squeezing to get the most out of your Nice Berg!

Please note that if a squishy has a faulty seal, it will be very obvious right away. Warranty is not provided unless product is faulty on first opening. If it has lasted lasted a few days that’s not outside range & not indicative of a fault.
