This head works well in live and studio settings, delivering a wide dynamic range with plenty of low-end spread. Evans Level 360 collar ensures even seating and easy tuning. If you prefer a more traditional, open bass drum sound compared to the heavily dampened EMAD heads, the EQ3 Clear is an excellent choice that still provides great control.
