Our food requires no refrigeration, it is cooked with fresh vegetables in a hygienic facility led by women. All items on our menu are available in Jain, Vrath and Sattvic options. How it all works: Short answer, Freeze Drying! Long answer, fully cooked food is first spread evenly on sterilized stainless steel trays, then the food is taken to -35 deg C. Post this step, in a vaccum chamber, with slow heating upto 55 deg C, the food is dried ensuring low nutritional loss and the magic of Indian flavors stay intact in our yummy mummy wala khana!
