HOW TO USE (ROLL-ON): Apply liberally behind the ear, chest, pulse points, or rub in between hands and inhale as often as needed.
*Recommendation : Test skin sensitivity by applying to inside of the elbow before applying all over.
* Most Citrus Oils can cause UV sensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight in areas where applied for up to 12 hours after application.
HOW TO USE (INHALER): Hold one nostril closed while holding inhaler up to other nostril. Inhale deeply. Repeat on other side. Use as often as needed.
