Copper Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Manganous Oxide, Manganese Sulfate, Zinc Oxide, Zinc Sulfate, Calcium 
Sulfate, Sodium Propionate (A Preservative), Sodium Selenite, Vitamin E Supplement, Artificial Flavor, 
Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Cobalt Glucoheptonate.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS
This product is designed to be hand fed at the rate of 2.0 lb per head per day to provide 240 milligrams of 
monensin per day. To achieve appropriate drug levels, blend 250 lb of this product with 1,750 lb of grain 
and/or roughage to produce a ration with 30 gm per ton monensin, then feed 16 lb of this blended ration.
No additional improvement in feed efficiency has been shown from feeding monensin at levels greater than 
30 grams per ton (360 mg per head per day). Provide clean, fresh water at all times.

CAUTION: Consumption of this product by sheep and goats may result in copper toxicity. Do not allow 
horses or other equines access to formulations containing monensin. Ingestion of monensin by equines 
has been fatal. Monensin medicated cattle feed is safe for use in cattle only. Consumption by unapproved 
species may result in toxic reactions. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors resulting in high concentrations 
of monensin has been fatal to cattle. Must be thoroughly mixed in feeds before use; do not feed undiluted. 
Feeding high concentrations of monensin could be fatal to cattle. Do not exceed the levels of monensin 
recommended in the feeding directions, as reduced daily gains may result. If feed refusals containing 
monensin are fed to other groups of cattle, the concentration of monensin in the refusals and amount of 
refusals fed should be taken into consideration to prevent monensin overdosing. A withdrawal time has 
not been established for pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.
