Salmon Run Riesling is a bright, refreshing Finger Lakes wine with a delicately balanced off-dry style. Crafted by Dr. Konstantin Frank’s winery, it shows lively aromas and flavors of pineapple, cantaloupe, passion fruit, apricot, and sweet citrus, complemented by notes of lemon sorbet.

The wine shows characters of fresh pastry dough, Bartlet pear, lemon curd, and minerality. The crisp acidity and subtle mineral undertones give the wine great structure and elegance. Leading with a fine mousse, the mouthfeel is creamy and profound. Long crisp apple finish.
2018 Dr Frank Konstantin Blanc de Noirs
Made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on Keuka Lake, the grapes were hand-harvested and lightly pressed before undergoing a minimum of 36 months of bottle aging in the winery’s historic underground cellar. The wine opens with delicate aromas of freshly baked bread, Asian pear, red apple, white flowers, and vibrant strawberries. On the palate, it delivers a fine mousse with creamy lees texture, layered flavors of strawberry and red cherry, and a subtle touch of tannin that balances the lively acidity. The finish is sophisticated and persistent, making it a versatile choice for celebrations and pairing beautifully with oysters, lobster, smoked salmon, sushi, or even fried foods.
