In 1967, Fontana Records released 'Watch The Stars', an album of folk, blues and haikus by stunning Los Angeles vocalist Dorris Henderson, with John Renbourn, the peerless guitar player whose solo work, and that with Bert Jansch, had marked him out as one of the most important musicians of the sixties. Legendary bass player Danny Thompson, Renbourn's bandmate in The Pentangle, also appears on the album. It is a bewitching mixture of traditional folk music, originals by Dorris, including a collaboration with Anne Briggs, 'Mosaic Patterns', and covers of songs by Bob Dylan, Gordon Lightfoot and Billie Holiday, among others. This folk/beat classic has become a much sought-after record, having never been repressed on vinyl, until now... Stamford Audio is pleased to announce the 2017 release of a special 50th Anniversary edition of this important and beautiful record, on high quality 180 gram vinyl, cut and pressed in the UK, with a front-laminated sleeve, like the original, and a color illustrated inner.

Classy, comfortable, accurate
My previous Casio has gotten pretty beat up. So I wanted another Casio without spending a lot. I also need it do have both day and date. A metal band is a must. I sweat a lot and leather doesn’t last. The band needs to adjust perfectly to my relatively thin wrist. First, I like the style of the face - simple and easy to read. The watch isn’t real fancy which is fine with me. The band took a bit of adjusting and came out perfectly. It’s not too heavy and retains good accuracy. Can’t beat the price. Only thing I wish it had was 24 hour sub-dial instead of elapsed minutes. I think it’s a great value and a nice looking everyday watch.

Very nice watch but hands need to be larger and luminous
It’s a very nice looking watch. Band adjustment is not difficult using the tools that come with th watch- and it’s very attractive. The watch could stand to be improved by by making the Hands larger and by making them luminous. The watch is very comfortable to wear . It may be a little large for a small wrist but it’s not gigantic. I haven’t checked the accuracy but it appears that the watch doesn’t lose or gain time.

Literally just a good watch, absolutely nothing to complain about
Ive had two versions of this watch, the leather strap version and this metal version. The only weak point on my old watch was the leather strap.
This thing is simple, elegant, and practical, couldn't really ask more from a watch. It holds up pretty well and doesn't scratch too easily (if you have a labor intensive job you might want a glass protector). I've had mine for a couple months now and it only has a few very faint scratches but that's just because im rough on my watches lol. I would recommend this to literally anybody

A great buy
Great value! It was listed at such a low price that I expected it to be a piece of junk, but I was wrong. It's a fine watch that really should sell for more than I paid. It looks and feels like a much more expensive watch, keeps good time, and has an easily-adjustable stainless steel band.

Great budget fancy looking watch
Looks like a fancy watch from afar with none of the associated cost or maintenance. Exactly what I wanted. However the crown is kind of exposed and flimsy looking, so be careful to not get it caught on anything.
Adjusting the band length is kind of fiddly, give yourself some time and good lighting to work on it. Also the connections are kind of flimsy so don't expect to be running around in the jungle with this thing.
