- 使用前にチューブ/容器を振ってください。
- アルコールまたは手指消毒剤を使用して皮膚の患部を適切に洗浄してください。
- 手袋をした手にTATWAXステンシルジェルを少量取ります。
- 皮膚が湿る程度に、ただし濡れすぎない程度に、準備した部分にジェルを広げます。
- ステンシルアートを肌に貼り付け、4〜5秒間しっかりと押さえます。
- その後ステンシルを取り外し、5〜10分間そのままにしておきます。

just what I was looking for. A cooling pillow case with a zipper! my regular pillow cases slipped off my pillows So annoying. Now my pillows are staying put zipped in. so soft and cool. no more wrestling with the pillow case while trying to flip my pillow over trying to find a cool spot.

Great case

Love these pillow cases! FYI: 20" X 26" are PERFECT for supposed "queen size" feather pillows. 20" x 30" ones are too big and allow the feather pillow to flatten out too much. There is a bit of stretch to the cases. The "cool side" of the pillow case IS NOTICEABLY COOLER than the other side. Good zipper.
