• Set your press to 300–325°F (yes, Fahrenheit… don’t get wild).

• Press for 25–45 seconds depending on your press brand and attitude level.

• Wait a whole 5–10 seconds—patience, grasshopper—then warm or cold peel.

• Give it a quick repress after peeling for that chef’s-kiss finish.
