How to install Shure MXCWAPT Access Point Transceiver

Proper installation starts with planning a RF-friendly, central location within your space to maximize coverage for all MXCW wireless conference units. The MXCWAPT is designed to work in concert with the broader MXCW system and benefits from a structured network and a well-planned channel strategy. Follow these steps to install the MXCWAPT and begin delivering high-quality wireless collaboration:

  1. Plan placement — Choose a location with clear line-of-sight to conference units and minimal RF obstructions. Position the transceiver to balance coverage across the room or floor, avoiding metal enclosures, large glass, or dense RF clutter where possible.
  2. Prepare power and network — If using PoE, connect the MXCWAPT to a compatible PoE-enabled switch or injector. If PoE is not available, connect to a traditional power source with the optional external PSU. Connect the Ethernet port to your management network to enable firmware updates, monitoring, and control.
  3. Connect to the MXCW system — Integrate the MXCWAPT with the MXCW conference units and other MXCW components per your facility’s design. Ensure that all devices are powered and joined to the same management domain for seamless synchronization.
  4. Configure RF management — Use Shure Wireless Workbench or the integrated management interface to define preferred bands, enable automatic channel coordination, and establish security and access controls. Allow the MXCWAPT to perform RF scans to select the best channels and minimize potential interference from nearby networks or devices.
  5. Set up user permissions and monitoring — Configure who can manage the system and set up alerts or dashboards for real-time monitoring. Regularly review RF performance, device status, and firmware updates to maintain peak performance.
  6. Test and validate — Run a test conference to verify audio routing accuracy, mic pickup consistency, and speaker feedback suppression. Validate that the automatic channel changes occur smoothly without disrupting ongoing conversations.

For optimal results, document your network layout, RF plans, and device placements. Regular maintenance—firmware updates, RF environment assessments, and device health checks—helps preserve the high level of reliability expected from a Shure MXCW system. The MXCWAPT is designed to deliver consistent performance in a variety of meeting environments, from small huddle rooms to large boardrooms, and it adapts as your room configuration evolves.

Made in America nano-hydroxyapatite Toothpaste that's Well Worth Buying.
I've been using the Japanese brand Apagard Premio toothpaste for a couple of years now and now I've tried this Boka toothpaste while looking for alternatives that wold be less costly. Boka Toothpaste is very mild and makes brushing your teeth better. It doesn't have that harsh mint flavor which with most toothpastes feels like it's burning your mouth. It comes in multiple flavors and when you're done brushing your teeth, there is no need to rinse your mouth as it is a safe toothpaste to use. After using it for a few days, I feel that I will keep using the Boka brand from now on. I just wish that most stores would carry this toothpaste instead pf selling all those major brands which are full of fluoride. Did a bit of research and found that Boka Toothpaste has the same percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite as Apagard premio which is 10%. So that means that Boka Toothpaste is just as good if not better. No Fluoride No Harsh burning Mint Flavor Safe to shallow Multiple flavors 10% nano-hydroxyapatite Keeps your teeth Strong And one thing I've noticed is nano-hydroxyapatite makes your teeth less sensitive by rebuilding your tooth enamel I ordered four flavors, Watermelon Mint, Strawberry Mango, Orange Cream and Coco Ginger. So far, I've tried the Coco Ginger and I was surprised at how mild it was and it didn't have the sharp taste that ginger usually has. It is good and I enjoy it. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors. The Orange Cream I'm sure my wife will like if I can get her to try it. But she can be very stubborn at times. I see there are some other flavors which I intend to try such as the Cinnamint, Cucumber Dill, Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Basil. Not sure if I should try the Ela Mint as I don't know how strong or mild the mint will be. I'm sure that if places such as Walmart brick & mortar stores sold this toothpaste, that it would sell really well.

Best paste and taste
Every once in a while you run into a product of true quality. Time is expensive currency so we’ll keep it concise. This is the best tooth paste we’ve ever tried. All good quality ingredients fluoride free. First thing we noticed is how quick it works, it cleans your teeth super quick used with electric toothbrush cutting brushing time considerably. Leaves mouth feeling clean and smooth plus great taste. A lot of new advanced products in self care tend to have chemical type scents and textures but this tooth paste has a pleasant feel and taste, we got coco ginger. Will buy again.

Tastes great, works great
I love this toothpaste! I’m so happy to have a toothpaste that isn’t mint-flavored. FLAVOR: The taste and smell are so good — the coco ginger flavor is delicious and I legitimately look forward to the taste of it. I was worried that the ginger might be strong/spicy, but it’s nicely balanced. The lavender lemon flavor is also pretty good, like a lemon pastry. The elamint flavor tastes like regular mint toothpaste, just maybe slightly more herbal. SENSITIVITY: I’ve had to use sensitive toothpaste for many years. Any time I switched off it, I would start experiencing sensitivity again within a week or so. I’m really happy to report that this toothpaste offers great sensitivity and enamel protection. WHITENING: I don’t feel that this toothpaste is contributing much in terms of whitening. My previous toothpaste had gentle whitening, and I do feel like I could tell it was working. While my teeth haven’t gotten less white since I switched to Boka, I don’t think they’ve gotten any whiter either. That’s okay with me — the flavor and sensitivity protection are worth it, and I can always do a whitening treatment in the future if I ever feel I need to. TEXTURE: The texture is just like normal toothpaste and brushing with it feels the same as any other toothpaste. It works great with both my manual toothbrush and my electric toothbrush. TUBE: The tube is really nice and sturdy. I like the design of the tube a lot. The text and color scheme are fairly minimalist, and I like that the cap has a wide base so the tube can stand upright. It looks nice on my bathroom shelf. My only small complaint is that it gets harder and harder to squeeze the toothpaste out once the tube is less than half full. Since the tube is so sturdy, it can’t be rolled and folded to get the paste out. I think this issue could probably be resolved easily with one of those squeezing tools, though. I’ll report back if I try it. SIZES: I love that it’s available in both a regular size and a little travel size. I also loved that the travel size allowed me to try out this toothpaste before committing to a whole large one. (Don’t worry, the tube in my photos was full when it arrived! I’ve used half of it.) Overall I highly recommend this toothpaste! I will absolutely buy it again.

Taste Great
This is a great tasting all natural toothpaste that actually does what it claims. My teeth feel so clean and fresh after brushing and the whitening is immediately noticeable, something that caught me by surprise. It's super easy to use and functional like any other toothpaste but without all the foaming at mouth. The ingredients are natural and it's fluoride free. I was looking for more of the ginger to come through but sadly it's hardly noticeable. I do like it but will try the other flavors next time.
