The elegance of Morel's iconic Lotus-design speaker grilles is only matched by the exceptional sound that follows. The Elate Carbon Pro 62A 2-way component system features a 6.5" woofer and the Elate Alto 1.1" tweeter—exclusive to the Pro version and not available in the standard Elate Carbon models. The woofer is equipped with a triple-layer carbon-fiber/Rohacell cone, designed to minimize distortion and provide the purest sound possible. The Elate Alto tweeter incorporates cavity-back technology, developed for Morel's renowned Supremo Piccolo tweeter, delivering stunning high frequencies with clarity and precision.
Elate Carbon Tweeter
Morel takes the performance of the silk dome tweeter to new heights by coating it with Acuflex™ compound, which enhances damping for a natural and balanced sound. By eliminating high-frequency break-up, this tweeter delivers an astonishing frequency response that reaches up to 25,000 Hz. With a low crossover point, it’s capable of producing incredibly realistic performance and a precise, wide soundstage, even with the most complex audio tracks.
