Built on the same solid-metal tripod foundation as our larger stands, the Protégé 2.0 pairs real stability with a newly designed foldable desk for easier carry and faster setup. At just over 4 pounds, it feels substantial where it matters and light when it is time to pack up.

The Superior Pro Clutch tripod design keeps adjustment smooth and secure, while the powder-coated metal construction gives the stand the kind of reliability musicians notice immediately. Collapsed down to 22.5 inches and packed into its rugged carry bag, it is compact enough for the road and strong enough for the set.

Add compatible accessories, and the desk can expand to hold 4–5 sheets of music when you need more room for the score.
