LP version. New York based producer and engineer Marc Urselli had the idea to bring people together who had never met before and let that meeting of minds create beautiful soundscapes. Film director and musician Jim Jarmusch, Sonic Youth co-founder and guitarist Lee Ranaldo shared space with versatile drummer Balázs Pándi (projects with Keiji Haino, Venetian Snares, Merzbow) for a night session at Urselli's EastSide Sound studio in downtown New York. These are the unfiltered results. Absorbing instrumental patterns of cinematic sounds and improvised rhythms. No overdubs, no editing. All was recorded live and analog, produced and mixed by Marc Urselli. The front/back cover photos were taken by photographer William Semeraro in Norway. That is why Marc Urselli gave all the songs titles inspired by Norwegian mythology. Comfy and non slip! Amazing!

I work 12hrs sometimes on my feet. These shoes are amazing !!! Broke them in on a 10hr shift and they feel like walking on pillows. My feet were comfy and not throbbing. I felt the difference in the non slip in the kitchen and I’ll say it outright……. Worth the $40! I got the brown coming and I’m assuming they’ll be just as comfortable. Bruno Marc’s are great!

Nice but not ideal sizing.
These look nice. They do not have a traditional tongue, replacing it with some sort of elastic lining. They do fit larger than expected. I purchased wide since normally need that and it creates a bump just below the laces. Also, after size 11 there are only whole size increases. I feel an 11.5 regular would have fit better. They are pretty comfortable with a cushiony insole and thick sole.

Slip ons worth slipping on…

Very stylish and comfortable. I love how light they are because I’m on my feet all day. The black leather is very deep and very rich. The elevated sole gives me a tad more height, too…which I like. And yes, they’re slip ons. Don’t let the laces fool you. For under $40, these shoes are a strong value to consider…

I feel I’m walking on clouds

I’m on my feet 6–8 hours a day working at the dealership, constantly walking the lot and helping customers—and I’ve gone through a lot of shoes trying to find something that actually holds up.
These Bruno Marc MaxFlex Dress Sneakers honestly surprised me. They look sharp and professional enough for work, but feel more like a comfortable athletic shoe than a stiff dress shoe. From day one, there was no break-in period, no soreness, just all-day comfort. I feel I’m walking on clouds!
If you’re in a job where you’re standing or moving around a lot but still need to look polished, these are hands down the most comfortable work shoes I’ve owned.
