Restrictions in the exhaust system robs horsepower and torque especially on turbocharged cars.  Thus, removing as much exhaust flow restrictions will increase horsepower and torque significantly.  The factory catalytic converter found in the factory downpipe is a big culprit of this and is a major exhaust flow restriction. The factory catalytic converter is made up of catalyst material formed into "honeycomb" weaves. Exhaust gas must pass through these tiny "honeycomb" weaves on their way to the exhaust system thus causing a major exhaust flow restriction. It also causes turbulence after the catalytic converter which causes the exhaust flow to slow down (which increases restriction). By replacing the factory downpipe/catalytic converter with our Sports Series High Flow Metallic Catted Downpipe, more power is unleashed!

We use a 200 cell metallic core for our Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes. By having less cells per square inch, these individual "cells" are bigger in size thus allowing exhaust gas to pass through it more easily. Thus, the lower the cell count, the higher the flow. Higher flow = more power, faster turbo spool up (less turbocharger lag) and better throttle response. Bottom line, faster. The benefits of a metallic catalytic converter vs a ceramic like the factory is that it can take higher temperatures and is more durable (last longer). They are also lighter than their ceramic counterparts.

The 2019-23 X5M (F95) & 2020-23 X6M (F96). has 2 primary catalytic converters and 2 secondary catalytic converters for a total of 4 catalytic converters.  Our Sports Series High Flow Metallic Catted Downpipe replaces the primary catalytic converter with our high flow metallic catalytic converter and deletes the secondary ones.

Our Sport Series High Flow Catted Downpipes is constructed out of 100% 304 grade stainless steel and utilize mandrel bent piping. They are 100% TIG welded by our in house fabricators and built in the USA.  The factory turbocharger turbine housing utilizes a 3.5" V-Band flange which we have duplicated and CNC machined cut out of billet 304 stainless steel.  Stainless Steel CNC machined O2 sensor and laser cut brackets are TIG welded using stainless steel rods.  The O2 sensor is positioned at the factory location.  100% bolt on.

Our downpipes are designed to fit perfectly with either the factory exhaust system or your aftermarket exhaust system.  There are no compatibility issues whatsover.  The downpipes will come by default with brushed finish.

OPF Compatibility (EU & Asia Spec)

European Spec & Asia Spec cars feature the Otto Particulate Filter (OPF) system as part of their emissions equipment.  We now offer downpipes that are compatible with the OPF system and allows you to retain full function of it.

OPTIONS

Ceramic Thermal Coating - The purpose of ceramic coating downpipes is to keep heat from the exhaust gases inside the downpipe from radiating out. This keeps underhood temperatures lower and less heat absorption by nearby parts/surfaces.  Another added benefit is that by keeping in heat (energy) in the exhaust gases inside the downpipe, exhaust flow velocities stay up, resulting in lower backpressure. The ceramic coating also adds additional corrosion resistance. We utilize the best ceramic coating possible. Our thermal coating can resist up to 2000F of heat. It is available in black only (all the other colors cannot withstand the high levels of heat).

Not good if you need Whole Foods gift cards
If you want to buy Whole Foods gift cards (which is why I got it) it flags it for fraud and doesnt let you. I was told you can spend at Whole Foods but not buy WF gift cards, even though it is a Prime Credit Card. Also if you buy WF gift cards online, you dont get the rewards since its from a gift card company and not Whole Foods.

A Truly Ergonomic Mouse
Number of Items: 1
Other not completely flat mice claim to be "ergonomic", but the only way to completely remove stress from your forearm when using a mouse is with a "vertical" mouse. My 2020 K75575WW Kensington ergonomic vertical mouse developed a problem with the left button "stuttering" so that it sent multiple button clicks when pressed just once. I liked the Kensington quite a bit. But it always just a little bit on the "not quite as solid as I would like" side, and failing after just 2.5 years confirmed this. So I wanted a more solidly build mouse. A search for "ergonomic mouse review" showed that the Logitech MX Master 3S was clearly the best ergonomic mouse available. At $100 it was several times more expensive as others including the latest Kensington vertical mouse. But sometimes furgal doesn't mean the least expensive. Sometimes it can mean the most expensive if that comes with better performance, features and lifespan. So I ordered it. And while it is indeed an incredible mouse, the angle is only about 20 degrees. The result is that while there is some reduction in forearm stress compared to a flat mouse, it wasn't enough for me. By the end of my very long days driving my mouse almost as much as I drive my keyboard, I could feel the tension building up in my forearm. So after a week I returned it and bought this Logitech MX Vertical. It is slightly less expensive than the MX Master 3S, but still much more expensive relative to other options. And while it is lighter and a little less substantial feeling in my hand than the MX Master 3S, it still feels very firm and solid. Most importantly keeps my hand in the neutral position with my fingers at about 70 degrees. A great feature of the MX Vertical shares with the MX Master 3S is the thumb rest. The Kensington didn't have this and so my thumb rested on the desktop. If it was a bit warm and my hands would sweat my thumb wouldn't slide smoothly and I would have to lift my thumb off the desk when I went to move the mouse. Not a horrible thing, but if you spend 8+ hours mousing around it gets tiresome. The button clicks are crisp. Best of all when the button bottoms out it feels like it is pressing against the case. It doesn't feel like travel is being limited by the switch itself bottoming out like the Kensington felt like it did. My hope is that this will keep the switch from wearing out so fast as happened with the Kensington. One slight negative of the MX Vertical is that I don't feel like I am quite as accurate in being able to move the cursor to a specific spot on the screen without some amount of conscious effort. Instead it doesn't go exactly in the direction I intended and overshoots where wanted it to stop. As such it might not make the best mouse for video games. [UPDATE: There is a bit of a learning curve in moving the mouse accurately. In the last couple weeks my need to make a more conscious effort to move the mouse to a specific spot on the screen is going down. Still think it is likely to not be as accurate as a flater mouse]
