WaveLine Headjoint
Unlike the traditional 'J-curve' headjoint, the specially designed WaveLine headjoint provides a few key features that improve the concept of accessible flutes. Firstly, the WaveLine maintains an even-taper and keeps the lip-plate inline with the flute's body, preventing rotation and providing better response and intonation, especially in higher registers. Secondly, this inline design allows young players to maintain correct posture as they transition into traditional 'straight' headjoints.
