Note 1: The stock CRF110 throttle is restrictive and will need to be replaced with a generic Honda type throttle.  

Note 2: The valve kit should be installed by a professional mechanic or shop that offers valve job service. The valve seats must be cut to accept the larger valve head diameters, and the valves sunk deeper to allow for overlap clearances. The kit includes a document that includes protrusion and install height specs.

Note 3: When using TBparts 132cc piston TBW0892 you must use the supplied thick 1.5mm base gasket UNLESS TBW0888 Big Valve Kit is installed. It helps reduce compression to avoid engine knock.
