Leading into the 2021 vintage we saw fairly ideal growing conditions that were warm and dry. Early February and January saw a cooling off and significant rain events that slowed down ripening and retained natural acidity. The only downfall with these conditions was the added pressure in the vineyards to control potential fruit split and disease. Fortunately our vineyards were unaffected and the fruit coming in was pristine.
Amelia Park is a boutique producer located in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. We focus on producing fine wines of exceptional quality, combining leading edge techniques with traditional winemaking values and practices. This award confirms Amelia Park on the list of the Best Wineries in the Margaret River region and in the top 5% of wineries in Australia.
