Usually recommend 12s12p or 14s12p 18650 battery pack for all kits.
4. How to cool the ESC?
ESC is fully waterproof, it needs to be immersed in water for cooling.
5. Do I need extra antenna for the remote?
If you mount the receiver at the top of your board, then it won't need extra antenna. If you mount the receiver at the bottom of your board or your using place has much signal interference, recommend to change the antenna to longer antenna and lead the antenna to your board top cover:

Because the switch is electric switch. It has a Step-down circuit inside to convert high voltage to low voltage to power itself. This circuit must have capacitors. When connect and disconnect the switch from battery, it will have small spark. But after connection, when turn on or off switch button, it won't have spark. Please note this.
