Precautions: To avoid sunburns, avoid intensive mid-day sun exposure as this is not a sun protection product. For external use only. Store away from heat and humidity.
Directions: Pour the desired amount of oil into the palms of your hands. Gently spread and rub the oil evenly across the areas of your body you want tanned. Reapply regularly, especially after swimming and towel drying.
