Kudampuli Juice for weight loss- This is a very easy to prepare juice, it can be slightly sour and you can add more jaggery to bring sweet flavor. Ingredients - Kudampuli - 2 Nos, Organic Jaggery - 1 Cup / 100g, Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tspn, Cumin Powder - 1 tspn. Preparation -

• Wash kudampuli and soak it in a glass of water over night or 5-6 hours
• Once its soaked, transfer the kudampuli to a mixer and make it into a fine paste. You can add the excess soaked water to make it a fine paste.
• Now add Jaggery powder to a pan, add one glass water to make Jaggery syrup. The syrup should be in one thread consistency.
• Filter both the Jaggery syrup and kudampuli mix in separate bowls. Let Jaggery syrup cool down for a while.
• Now in a cup transfer the kudampuli juice, add Cardamom Powder, Cumin Powder and the Jaggery.
• Stir it well and serve. Increase Jaggery and kudampuli as desired.
