This boxed set is an excellent option for beginning a Death Guard army or reinforcing an existing force for games of Warhammer 40,000, offering strong value compared to purchasing the contents separately. The army is commanded by a Lord of Contagion, accompanied by his Blightlord Terminator escort. Swarms of Poxwalkers make up the majority of the force, overwhelming objectives and absorbing incoming fire through sheer numbers. Heavy-hitting support comes from a unit of Deathshroud Terminators, while three Foetid Bloat-drones add much-needed mobility and firepower.

The set allows you to assemble 30 multipart plastic Death Guard miniatures:

• 20 Poxwalkers

Several of the models include customisation options. One Deathshroud Terminator can be assembled as a champion, with a choice of two head designs and optional equipment. This model may carry an additional plaguespurt gauntlet, be posed with an empty hand, or wield a corroded bell sacred to Nurgle. The remaining Deathshroud Terminators each include two head options.

Each Foetid Bloat-drone can be personalised with a selection of three carapace designs and two different plague probe variants. Weapon choices allow each drone to be armed with twin plaguespitters, a heavy blight launcher, or a fleshmower, ensuring versatility against a wide range of enemy units.

The kit contains 257 plastic components, along with three 60mm round bases, three 40mm round bases, four 40mm round bases with hex holes, and twenty 25mm round bases. Miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted; Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended for assembly and finishing.
