Uses
- Can be used on bedsores, on wounds and for haemorrhoids
- It is useful for diarrhoea, dyspepsia and flatulence
- Excellent for healing the skin athletes foot, fungal infection, eczema, chapped and cracked skin and it can be used on mature skin because of its regenerative properties
- Very good for gum disorders, mouth ulcers, gingivitis and spongy gums
- It is anti-inflammatory and has a strong analgesic effect
- Boosts the body's ability to strengthen its resistance to infection
- It works as an expectorant, so can be used for coughs, colds and flu
- Can stimulate menstruation and ease period pains
- Traditionally used with frankincense to enhance spirituality.

Safety Tips
- Non-irritant, non-sensitising, but could be toxic in high concentrations
- It is a uterine stimulant, so should not be used in pregnancy
- Not for babies, infants or children under 12
